Still on a high from his very successful OVO Fest over the weekend, Drake treats fans to a new cut from his third studio album.

Entitled 'Hold On We're Going Home', the track was just premiered on US radio. Produced by Nineteen85 and featuring additional vocals from Toronto hailing duo Majid Jordan, Drake sings the entire song!
The feel good track serves as the second official trackfrom his forthcoming new album Nothing Was the Same, scheduled for release September 17.
