Throwback Thursday: Kanye West

This Throwback Thursday track has to be one of my favourite Kanye West tracks. The song though rude, is just filled with so much energy and makes you want to get involved and get down with the title.

Yes, if you've guessed, it's 'New Workout Plan'. When this Lil' Jon produced song came out I knew the lyrics to the whole song - including the skit with the crazy weight losing women near the end - (FIFI LEBEOUFF BEING THE BEST !!) With his whit and simple rhymes it was totally easy to learn with a few listens.

The early Kanye days with songs such as this, he was much more satirical and his music was so much easier to relate to than the new stuff his coming out with these days, but hey people still loathe love him !!

The video directed by was just hilarious, and as any silly teenager would I used to join in with the routine and add my own dance moves in the mix; from the start right through to the end.
