The Risk unveil their cover of 112 classic 'Peaches & Cream' and announce international tour.

X Factor finalists The Risk have announced the title and unveiled of their latest single. The follow-up to their January release 'Missiles' is a cover of 112's R&B classic 'Peaches & Cream'.

The group rose to fame after auditioning as soloists, before being put together by Simon Cowell and Tulisa on the talent show last year. The band announced the news of the single and an international tour whilst at Madame Tussauds, where they posed with wax versions of One Direction.
Band member Andy Merry said during their visit:
One Direction were in the X Factor the year before us, and now they're absolutely huge. We've just announced our brand new single and tour – this time next year it could be us launching wax figures here!
The boys then took to Twitter] to share the news with fans along with the official lyric video for the track. The cover version is fresh and features a rap verse from Derry Mensah.

The Risk aren't the first British boyband to cover a R&B classic. Predecessors Blue successfully covered Next's 'Too Close' back in 2001 and a few years prior to that Another Level covered Silk's classic 'Freak Me' in 1998. Hopefully, Andy, Derry, Charlie and Ashford who make up the group, will have much more success!

'Peaches & Cream' is scheduled for official release August 18. Check out the lyric video below.
