Rick Ross drops the audio for his new single 'The Devil Is A Lie' featuring Jay-Z.

Earlier today, Rick Ross dropped the artwork for his new single featuring Jay-Z's along with a hint that he'd be dropping the track, and that he did. Acting as the second single off Rozay's forthcoming LP, Mastermind, 'The Devil is a Lie', is the pair's sixth collaboration.

After announcing the collaboration back in October, the anticipation for track has been hot. With the delay of the album, which was originally due on December 17, and Jigga being extra hot after the unveiling of his wife's 'Drunk In Love' video, the timing couldn't be better.
Produced by K.E. On The Track, the use of drum machines and horns gives the track an old school hip-hop vibe. Rozay who takes on the first half of the track boasts as he usually does about Maybachs and a number of other things between his famous "ugh" sound. Jay-Z simply shuts down the tack. While he boasts about his new clothing collection in New York's luxury department store Barneys, he chooses to address those Illuminati insinuations:

Devil want these ni—as to hate their own kind/ Got to be the Illuminati if a ni**a shine… Getting white money but I'm still black/ All these ni**as claiming king but I'm still that."
The Boss did say the track was going to be something that "the streets need" and I'm sure the streets are already in their studios making remixes! Speaking of studio time, Rozay told SiriusXM's Hip-Hop Nation's DJ Scream that he is putting the final touches on the album. He went on to say:
To me, making that classic is more important than anything, making sure the streets overwhelmed by what I'm doing. I'm trying to get it to you soon.
Mastermind is now scheduled to drop early 2014. For now check out his latest street anthem, 'The Devil Is A Lie' below.
