Stream Jay-Z's 12th studio album, "Magna Carta... Holy Grail", in its entirety for free.

Just a week out and Jay-Z's latest effort, Magna Carta... Holy Grail (or MCHG for short) has gained platinum status. The album, which in my opinion was sneakily released via Samsung's marketing ploy to be extra cool and down with the kids, has gained mixed reviews.

Mainly on the account of its agenda, a big promotional stint or just a collection of tracks with Jigga gloating about his new-found love for art and high-end fashion! Nevertheless, it has gone platinum and the fans are happy.
On first listen it went over my head, 'Tom Ford' stuck in my head, mainly because of its repetitive and simple hook, but the album is a grower. Roll your eyes if you must, I care not much for Jay-Z!

Having said that with its critical acclaim and the constant chatter surrounding the 12th studio album from this particular hip-hop mogul it is definitely worth a listen or two; especially with its vocal contributions from Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, Nas, Rick Ross and Frank Ocean.

The production with out a shadow of a doubt is the best thing on this album (I did say I don't care for Jay). Timbaland is back to his old and brilliant tricks on the production side with help from the never ageing Pharrell Williams on a few cuts.

But whatever my feelings are about the album you should condor your own, and you can do that by streaming the album in its entirety, for free via Spotify. The LP is available for purchase via iTunes.

Listen and render your own judgement below.
