Twentieth Century Fox and Marvel unleash a new trailer for the upcoming film, "The Wolverine".



A brand new trailer for the forthcoming prequel to Marvel's 2009 blockbuster prequel, X-Men Origins: Wolverine has been revealed. Starring Hugh Jackman as Wolverine the trailer debuted last week at CinemaCon.
Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine, the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern-day Japan. He encounters an enemy from his past that will impact on his future.

Synopsis
Out of his depth in an unknown world he faces his ultimate nemesis in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality, emerging more powerful than we have ever seen him before.

The film also sees Famke Janssen return as Jean Grey and introduces the Silver Samurai ( Will Yun Lee ) to the film franchise.

Directed by James Mangold, the action packed movie The Wolverine hits UK cinemas on July 26.
